Payment Declined

So i have used 3 different cards and all have been declined. Is this normal? I am starting to be extremely annoyed

Happened to me too when using 3D secure. Rather annoying.
Just going to buy from the PayPal reseller later today.

For anyone wondering, this worked while resetting and clearing cache and also allowing ads and popups etc
