Hey Admin, if you could help me that would be good.
HiPay has taken out 7 payments (3 from 1 card / 3 from my main card and 1 that went through). The 6 payments which did not go through have not been refunded as of yet.
I bought the cheat on 16th / 17th and today the 21sat i still have not received the money back from HiPay. I have contacted HiPay and they have stated that Admin needs to contact them as their new policy means they don't deal with clients directly.
Anyone know the time frame for the refunds?
