Paid for Platinum but having troubles!!

I paid 30.60 $ for the Platinum Package and it was successfully charged to my card but I cannot access most of the forum nor any of the cheats!, can anyone assist me please!!??:~( I understand you tell folks wait 2 weeks for repayment but cant you grant access??,
