Does new GPU require HWID reset?

My last subscription just expired. Right now I have a 2080 super but I have a 3090 coming in today. If I buy a subscription while I have my 2080s installed and then install my 3090 later would I need to buy a HWID reset? or would I have to buy the subscription after I install my 3090?
