3d secure/Unsupported Merchant

Hello, i'm trying to buy the bronze membership and every time i accept my payment through my app, it says "unsupported merchant" and doesn't charge me. Anyone know how to fix this

And how do i enable that? i looked around and didn't see anything. As i read my "bank" auto supports that

I accepted the payment manually within the app i'm using

3d secure is already auto enabled for me. I contacted both. I was told by hipay to contact merchant and by revolut that there's something wrong with their code

This is what HiPay told me. Revolut basically told me wrong merchant/category code for them. I can't do anything about it i guess.
