question about cod and purchase packages

So i got 2 questions, im new to this site and community.

Is this site like other sites where you don't mention buying the cod chairs for legal reasons but its included in the platinum and above packages, basically making it free and "legal" ?

second question, is the cold war chair available yet? i can't see any mention of it on the forums?

Those packs are just the duration of your Membership you can chose later on wich Cheat you want. Cold war is not for sale right now
