HWID Problems, Windows 10 Reinstall

Im cheating in CSGO long time ago, and i bought 10-20 times a new HWID, when i reinstall pc etc. But now pls help me. I dont wanna buy another one cause its just a simple pc reinstall.. Its not new pc or something like that. x22 read pls, and thank you! And sorry but its not fair:\ (sry for my potato english)

I did and it says i need buy a new HWID(visit the page etc.) and this is why i wrote this thread now. If i buying a new PC i understand the new hwid buying, but a simple Windows reinstall is not okay. I bought hwids very much times and now i cant, and i rly want go cheating but i cant with this now:(
