HELP, I just paid a subscription and I still can't download the loader

Hi,

I need some help her. I just purchased a subscription using my debit card (HIPAY). I have been charged and I got to the page where they said I can donwload the loader here using a link. But I can't acess it because I don't have a privilage. Checking my username it also say's that I doesn't have a subscription.

Is it normal ?

I guess your forgot to use 3D Secure the money will be refunded in 14 days

No, I didn't forget. The transaction was "secured" as I did validated manualy in my mobile banking app. My debit card has 3D secure

Same problem with me moderator please help just purchased the subscription bronze for 1 month but have not got privilege please help me. I used a mastercard with 3D Secure and the payment was processed and verified by the bank too ! please help

Alright, It's been 14 days now and I still haven't got a refund. Feel like a scam at this point... Does anybody have an explanation ?
