Purchased Subscription Still No Privilege Help!

Just purchased a 1 month Bronze sub ! The payment was verified, processed and it redirected me to the client link where one can download the loader but it prompted me with no privilege .
My subscription tab also does not show any subscriptions !

Want to know what's going on and how will it be fixed ?
