Cold war chair not working! Help

Since yestarday night ive been having issues with the CW chair,
I tried over 20x following every single instruction,
-Turn Off real time protection
-launch the .exe file as admin
-wait for it to load after i select what chair i want
-open Battlenet then cold war
-open in game match, press insert and alll other buttons while on full screen and still not working

Could somebody help me please

You need more than real time protection off. Firewall, literally all your anti-virus needs to be off to run it.
