I tried to pay with two of my VISA cards via HiPay, both said rejected on the page

Both time it said rejected on the page, but I checked my cards, both of them were charged by HiPay. Yet I haven't receive any subscription. I saw I wasn't the only one made the complaint about the payment failed but was charged on card, maybe someone on the team can help me out? Lots of thanks. I will attach the transaction showed on my bank statement.
