Hipay Taking out multiple payments

So I tried using HiPay and have visa secured enabled. The payment got rejected but it tried taking the money out 3 times. Now theres 3 pending payments through hi pay. I only tried once.... That's $30 i have to wait 14+ days for. Has this happened to anyone else?

This isn't my first time making a purchase using 3D Secure. I contacted HiPay about this and they said they do not decline the use of chime banking. They told me that any kind of refund is processed by the merchant selling the product and the money is released same day. I read other posts where staff said it takes 14 days to release funds but hi pay says they release it the same day that the merchant puts the transaction through.

Edit:

For the record this isn't my first time purchasing cheats for a game from a provider that is not based in my country. Also not the first time using HiPay and never had this issue in the past.
