I just have 2 quick questions for the 2 CSS hacks called "xInstantHook v2.0" and "xRadar v4.0"

#1. Are these two hacks LEAGUE proof? I know they are VAC proof, but what is the status on leagues? What leagues?

#2. What Operating Systems do any of the CSS hacks run on? Does it work with Windows 7 32/64 bit?

it is ESL proof, and xray has been requested, so anything that uses xray will soon to be supported
also other bypasses have been requested.
