Payment still stuck pls help moderator! :)

I purchased the subscription without mastercard securecode and the payment was rejected !
It has been more than 16 days and my payment is still stuck with x22 ! moderators told me to wait for 14 days it has been over 14 days and i still haven't got my money back ! please help
