Bought Bronze MW2019 but not given access

As title says I bought a Bronze pack MW19, payment taken but no sub given or email. Please look into this.

May I ask what payment method you used? You might have forgotten to turn on the 3D secure when paying. In that case the money will be refunded in 14 days.

Used HiPay, and 3D was entered and payment was successful

If you payed via debit card it can take up to 5 days to recive your Membership this is totally normal, if the payment got/gets rejected your money will be refunded in 14 Business days
