i talked to him but he only accept family n friends payments on paypal not normal payment, and my country doesnt have that family n friends option, i sent to him the payment cause i didnt realize i could send only in that option, i sent a normal payment and his paypal account got blocked and he gave my money back so im trying to find another person that could help me to make a normal paypal payment of a hwid rset ,im from argentina btw and i dont have too many payments options here
