So its either under "buy now" or "membership" at the top left of the site. There just pick the time, continue and then select the cheat you from the dropdown menu.

Sir i bought the bronze one and i was charged by the bank but hipay said an error ocurred, so now i got charged and got nothing. I bought the bronze cold war by the way.
