Hipay payment error but still got charged

So i bought the bronze subscription for the cold war cheat, i got charged by the bank but HiPay said some kind of error ocurred and didnt give me my bronze. Can someone help me? i dont want to pay again i saw a guy who paid 3 times and still didnt get it.

I tried purchasing 4 times, with each time rejecting the payment. Later that night, I checked my bank account and the payments did go through.
xyos - Are you saying with it saying the payment was rejected, HiPay will automatically refund the payments in 14 days? I do not have to reach out to HiPay or anybody?
