im having trouble buying the cheats because i do not know why but hipay has charged me 2 times already but payment could not be processed, i know it will be refunded in 14 days but is there any chance i could pay using paypal or cashapp? please some admin or mod dm me, i really want to buy cheats but i dont know why it wont process my bank payment and still get charged.
