What do I do payment was taken for a product but I never got delievery?

If you used HiPay make sure 3D Secure is on otherwise the payment gets rejected and will be refunded in 7-14 days

Ah it went through on my end didn’t see an option for 3D secure did it on my phone

You need to do that via Online Banking or by calling your Bank
