Hipay issue

hi i recently tried to pay using hipay but i got "payment failed" on the website, the payment shows on my bank just want to know if the payment is on hold or got cancelled on your end. Thanks in advance for your reply.

if you used Hi-Pay and did not use 3D-Secure is it totaly normal your money will be refunded within the next 14 days
