(HELP) bought item and did not receive anything

i bought bronze 1 for the divisoin twice, and both times it said item failed so i figured it just didnt work, but both times the money actually came out of my bank account i checked please help. I can show screen shots of my bank history.

If it said Payment successful and you got no sub, then write me via DM the email you used on HiPay and the exact purchase date.
