I dont understand whats ur issue here. Just download xclient and u can use ur cheat again

it's not possible to use your license on 2 diffrent PC's you can change the HWID but you need to buy a resett everytime you change the PC

I dont think you have a limit but i wouldn't recommend changing to often. Also it costs.
