Question about payment

Hi, is it possible to pay with not vac banned account with games ? Like cs 1.6, mass effect 2 etc.. with legit account(s) not vacced ?

I would like to know it would help me alot. thanks ;)

no only form of payment is paypal and swapping/trading/selling accounts is not allowed here.
