undetected.. a few people have reported bans but no real evidence plus something else could have been used in the process. No admins/staff/mods/trusted or promoters have been banned since the latest.
you are taking the risk everytime you cheat.

The Last time ~5 ppl said it was detected everybody said pubhax and a few days later 60 reported bans ;)

Considering how new the version of the cheat was when people reported vac bans, im assuming that it was a delayed ban or they clearly didn't use xVac when cheating. Obviously bans are not instant, they are delayed with up to 3 weeks/Month.
It's also quite possible that it was multiple processes of the cheat, example one: Loading xIH then steam, then another xIH instead of first xVac then xIH.

Personally, I'm not vac banned, but I'm a bit cautious myself about the situation and will not be cheating until the next update, I'm actually quite annoyed myself, if this is the 4th detection in 2010 then I don't think I'll be re-subbing due to the high vac ban chances. I'm seriously considering formatting and installing XP Professional for obvious reasons.

Dude you can't even start the game without xVAC
there is no way to do anything wrong
except if you get the Prefetch error but this can be fixed
