I'm using xInstaHook v2.0 for 3 days now and it's simply awesome. The program works like a charm with a super easy install guide.
I love the ESP feature to change form from 'square' to 'dot' or 'none'.
Since today CoD CW has been updated so I'm waiting for an update of the launcher aswell. I'm convinced it will be patched very soon!
I will definitely recommend it and will continue to use it with much fun!
