Hello, tried to purchase the destiny 2 cheese, but the payment failed. So I tried mutlitple cards. However I was still charged mutiple times. Can some one PM me so I can get a refund on all those charges. Was charged about 5 different times.

Hey, I've have also just tried to purchase COD cold war for a month and it told me my payment was rejected but the money has com e out of my account. I paid via card and i've used my card to pay in the past

in case the payment get rejected due to different possible reasons (99% of the time if 3D Secure wasn't enabled/used) it will be refunded automatically back to the card. Our payment system works fully automated, if the funds are collect successfully you would receive the subscription instantly on the forum.

It depends from card to card on how long it takes till its back, the average for a deduction is about 14 business days till its back. For Pre-Authorization deductions mostly only a few days, for vcc's or "unknown" banks up to 30 days, sadly this procerdere is done by HiPay and can't be enfastend by us.
