Is it planned or not? The next BF will probably have a real anti cheat cause its cross platform. Tbh i hope for them that they do add a real a-c otherwise the series will die lmao

It will most likely have EAC.

Its already confirmed that Electronic Arts sold their FairFight anti cheat to Ubisoft back in April. They no longer have the rights to use FairFight, and I very much doubt they will buy a subscription off someone else when they already have an anti-cheat deal with EAC for Apex Legends and Plants vs Zombies. Also, if any of you have rage hacked in BFV or SWBF2, you will know that stat bans were never activated in the first place. So you can rage without ban, use damage modifiers, etc.. They clearly want nothing to do with FF anymore, all they have active in BFV and SWBF2 regarding FairFight is their screenshot protection, all of their server-side detection have been turned off for a very long time.

They currently use their own anti-cheat for BFV and SWBF2, but I very much doubt that they will keep using that if cross-play is true, because their anti cheat is also a failure lol.

Yes Fairfight is an absolute joke, i dont know how this still exist, i guess that its probably cheap as fuck in comparison to EAC or BE. And we all know that EA love to put every money to get straight into their pocket. The CEO leader must have a cocaine and hookers addiction lmao
