Got charged twice but payment said fail

I just tried to buy a bronze member ship and it said payment failed. I am using privacy cards since I don't like giving my card info out there but it said failed and when I got back to go check my email nothing was there. So I went again to see if had the wrong info or what ever. Still failed. I was going to try to find a reseller for paypal and then I got two emails saying the transactions has been authorized to hipay.io two tractions that failed I dont have the rank and I am about to be double charged I cant find a serpete help page so if any admins are online please DM.

^^ Same thing happened to me except i was only charged once. I can’t seem to find any support that I'm not locked out of.

It's explained here, i guess the Privacy cards don't support 3D Secure/ don't take advantage of the use of it.
