Hwid reset

Hi, i need a hwid reset after buying a new pc and i have log in to the xClient and followed the instructions, i had to buy a hwid reset but tried twice but got Rejected..any help would be nice! :) :) :)

when your using a new computer you need to buy an hwid reset. after purchasing the hwid reset you need to open the client and press "reset hwid"

i have just tried 3 times to buy hwid reset but it says "Payment Rejected"...
