Are Visa debits able to be used?

I bought a silver sub before with one and it worked.

I just went to re-sub and it says rejected every time. I have tried two different Visa debits and neither have worked.

Anyone got a fix or have had this happen to them?

If your payment got rejected by HiPay that means that you didn't use the 3D-Secure process with your credit card.
