BF4 cheat still UD and working?

So I see that the cheat is available to buy but I need to know if it’s UD and working?
I’ve seen that x22 got Detected in 2015 by PB, was there something since then?

Just asking this because there are many many scam sites out there. But x22 is a long known name, please don’t disappoint. If it’s detected just say it.
