Hi, i'm sorry but, is there a reason that all my payments got rejected ? I wanna buy a HWID reset and it doesn't work, and i also tried to create a new account and i still have an error on hipay after i put my card numbers and validate. help me please thanks

What error message shows up?

If you are 100% sure that you have 3D Secure ENABLED and USED on the payment and it still doesn't get through, you might wanna contact your bank cause they possibly blocked the HiPay payments and needs to be whitelisted.
