pay but no Active subscibtion... need help

hi i pay the LITE csgo for 11,95 on Sunday at 16.30
and my acc dont have a active subscibtion !

can someone help me ?

okay maybe i tippt the wrong EMail, is this the problem ? i think the mail adress not exist !

i have the same issue. did u payed with sofort? Takes up couple Hours / Days... annoying. 2 Years ago all worked in about 5 minutes.
The subscription is payed with your Account which u used in the Forum here and not the payment email

im waiting too.. its annoying. In discord support noone helps me, since 3-4 Hours .. its a bit dissapointing, i have x22 better remembered 2 years ago.
