How many of you just had your X22 accounts hacked recently and how did you recover it

My account seems to have been hacked. I'm suddenly told my password is incorrect when it was saved and not changed in years. I cant recover or change it either because I'm not receiving the email like it is being redirected or something. I had to create a new account just to try to get help. Any suggestions as of what to do?

@timmy for that reasons Members or Customers CAN'T change e-mail addresses.. so even if some1 took ur acc its still option recover it by self

just for security always have unique PW for e-mail which has nothing to do with any of ur socials = even if some1 breach PW then 1 more layer of protection is in ur e-mail bcs PW is different (some e-mail providers block login to e-mail from other countries or not whitelisted devices/IPs even if put correct PW)

Well I changed my password and got access to my account but it seems it is being blocked by admins and not aloud to redownload my loader and I cant log into my loader because it says invalid password. I have no access to redownload my loader because it says

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Why would any of this sites customers be restricted from posting in the forums. There is no thread for support that I'm aloud to access. My Lifetime subscriptions are no longer even showing in my paid subscriptions. I have sent several emails to staff members and even DM's and getting absolutely no response.

@timmy nobody could change e-mail address in account so just try recover it via Forgot PW and you get reset on your e-mail which you put in registration.. only Staff can do it in very rare cases if some e-mail providers somehow blocking or filtering x22's e-mails.. but anyway they need proof that both e-mail accounts belongs to same person (they don't do it on demand or wish)

simply describe your problem in details (if sensitive datas are included then provide them when you asked for - no need publish them for everyone)

Which subscription you had? Some cheats was discontinued in last years = people which had one of those had chance swap it for any other.

another tip: Open your Inbox and provide forum authorities your purchase history and prove that you had Lifetime subscription.. after each purchase you get automated message with details in Inbox

Only one I'm worried about is GTA V it was lifetime. I had APB lifetime and it got discontinued so I got the GTA V now its gone. No longer showing in my subscriptions and it says its still has available status. And what do you mean apply forum authorities? And I don't think I even had a receipt for purchase because it was swapped. But like I said I cant access much on my account because it says this every time I click on anything "ImaCheeter, you do not have permission to access this page. I have recovered my account with help from MouKanga. I would like to apologize for acting like a real ass over this. It was just really frustrating trying to get help when you are not aloud to post in the forums or access anything in the site when trying to recover your account. It makes it almost impossible to get help. It seems I had created an account long ago and it was also in my history so I was actually trying to use the wrong account and something happened somewhere along the line where my account was auto locked or something and my password was changed to random characters. But once again I am so sorry for being a total asshole about this.
