What is the current status of Marvel Rivals?

I want to buy the Marvel Rivals subscription, but there isn't much information. I think that in the epvpers forum they said that they had solved the error that causes the bans. Are there no bans anymore? Is it safe? Or are they still happening? Please, if anyone plays Marvels, could you tell me if it's worth it? Thanks.
