I purchased via sofortüberweisung. Thats the thing, i didnt received any infos via email, but the money is gone. Can i find the transaction id in my profile?

Alright, it's normal then

If you use GIROPAY/SOFORTÜBERWEISUNG the payment will take a couple days to be reviewed by HiPay and won't be instant.

Hipay deals bank transfers manually so it can take 48h
