Buying a game (BF1)

Hi. So I was wondering how do I buy a monthly sub for BF1, it doesn't have credit card? but I did buy it with credit card 13 days ago(10.4.2025) how can I buy it again? Thanks.
Or even paypal.
And also why does .exe say wrong username, is it not letting me because i do not have any active sub for the game?
also, when will it be back, and is there somehow a method if there's only a chance by paypal but there isnt a way

Also, you cannot pay for a week or yearly sub just a day sub and one month though?

Currently yes, and no HiPay won't come back. We are looking into different Payment providers but for CreditCard & cheats its not a easy application process

Alright, thanks, at least you can pay it like this with paypal store now, hopefully that doesn't get disallowed too. thank you. I did buy a month sub.
