X22 instant hook for css still undetected?

Is the instanthook for css still undetected? I am probably going to buy it, but I need to know if I can use it for leages, like ESL.

At the moment it seems to be detected
its detected for me clearly ( I got banned )
But others are not banned
Its still aequitas Undetected :)

I play with xIH for CSS since january and i got no ban ;)
and i play with the hack @ esl and its still undetected
i use windows xp dont know why i`m not banned :S

I've had my account about year and a half ago and no ban, seems like this recent one as only a few people have been banned seems like people are doing something wrong or differently or banned from a previous build.
