Few questions about TF2 hacks

I want buy TF2 hacks here, but first I want know:

1) How long hack still undetected? When tf2 hack was last detected?
2) Hack updated when Valve realise new game update?
3) TF2 hack have misc feature like all critical shots or somthen?

The cheat has been undetected for a very long time. Possibly one year or greater. It hasn't been detected in such a long time, so i can't recall a detection. Yes, the cheat is updated once Valve updates the game and affects something major. The cheat does have misc features, but not critical shots, although it has been requested.

How cheat work with multicore rendering? As I know on AA hack when multicore rendering eneblaed - ESP and other visualization shaked.

I have a quad core, and i see no issues with shaking. I never needed to have multi-core rendering enabled (it's in the new patch, i played before that patch), so i can't say for sure. The game isn't even that demanding.
