Call of Duty: Black Ops Officially Announced!

The next Call of Duty has been officially confirmed to be titled 'Black Ops'. No information has yet been giving out on details apart from the release date which is 11/09/2010.
Treyarch have already put up the official Black Op's website which can be found at http://callofduty.com/blackops. Although there's not much to look at yet.

After the disappointment of CoD:MW2, I think I won't buy this one. Even if it's TreyArch this time, it is way to fast to release the new game exactly 1 year after the other..They should wait and take the time they need to make it perfect...or at least better than MW2...

I will only buy if there is dedicated servers and it's back on pb etc

even tho I don't like the fact it's treyarch I'd have to say if they do dedi servers it'll be better than mw2... without a doubt!
I'll be getting it for the xbox as treyarch done cod5 brilliant for the xbox which is the only place the lobby/matchmaking system actually works.

so yeah only time will tell...
hopefully more information about this will be released soon.

Did i just see first person vehicles? Looks more like a rip off of BFBC2, than CoD, since CoD has never had usable vehicles.

it has had usable vehicles! CoD:UO had jeeps and tanks and CoD5 had tanks in

i enjoyed WaW and think this looks really fun ill buy for my pc xbox and ps3 and they said they are never going machmaking on pc again so it should be dedi unless they drop the bomb of no online -_-

Can you remember the beginning of MW2? Connection to host has been lost ... Sorry, waiting for Host Migration ... And so on ... To conlude it, for two hours of playtime you spent about an hour sitting in front of the pc - waiting ... :<
