Paypal will not let me send money .. yet it will let me pay for things on ebay... wierd :S and how long will it take to get the hack once payment has been sent.. and there are sufficient funds on the card.. ?

Once the payment is received you must wait 24 hours.
Note: It usually doesn't take that long. It all depends on the time the payment is sent.
