I have a problem with my paypal..

The balance on it is currently $49.41
No problem there.. but I have a $0.00 sending limit, which means I can't send money. I have no access to a bank account/credit card.. So help me please?

Get a pre-paid Credit Card, and verify your PayPal account.

Yeah i had the same problem, i had to verify my account, they took a 1 pound out of my account and put it straight back, then when i got my account breakdown there was a 4 digit code with the transaction.You give that 4 digit code to paypal and it removed the sending limit. Hope you get it sorted mate.
