As far as I know x22 said something like this on IRC:

"moneybookers limited my account and I wanted to create a business account but they rejected."

So the only payment method which is available right now is paypal.

At the moment nobody knows it, when it is available again. So you only have the chance to get the hack via purchasing with paypal.
