Okay, well i wanted to know if these cheats can be used in leagues.

Depends on what leagues you mean, the hack is currently undetected by AEQ, so you can play at ESL with it ;) Other Anticheats are being worked on (XRAY) or are in consideration.

the Instanthook for CSS is at the moment ONLY Aequitas bypassed/undetected so u can only ESL at the moment with the hack (or public). But soon the hack will be save for xray too ;)
