you can check clientside vac2 updates with this tool, and before you ask: its not possible to check server side vac2 updates.

well it actually dumps the known VAC kernel on game startup.
It hasnt changed since a year or something like that.
There has been a lot of detections till now, so they store the signatures/fingerprints/checksums of the hacks somewhere else, maybe in a database or another (unknown) location.

so that tool is quite useless.
