hello guys, i present my small problem : i would like to buy x22 , i have a paypal account but i don't have a credit card on my paypal account, but i can buy a paysafecard of 40euros, if someone accepts to give me 35euros paypal so i can buy xRadar v4 LIFETIME for css :D

You can add your bank account to your paypal account. Then you can pay via paypal and paypal will automatically draw the money from your bank account, unless you verified your bank account on paypal.
