Hello this is my first post so Hi to everyone :P.To begin with i have a prob none of my parents or other family member have cretid card so i cant pay for this hack s i want plz if it is possibly to add paysafe card so i CAN buy ur nice hacks :}

But you must verify you PP acc with an identity card, you can use Moneybookers without this verification.

Offline PSCs are good, but you can only bet them on bet sites, or exchange them and transfer the money on ya pp acc, but you loose 15% ore more from the value.

If you live in countries like uk or even the usa there are cards you can sign up for where you top up money onto the card just like a mobile phone. Just buy via Paypal, select to pay through a card and enter the number on the card. Its simple, no details given. You Must be 16+ though.

Paypal or moneybookers, you choose, go look at their site, for all the information on how it works. I'm sure there are only two methods, bank transfer or credit card transfer. No checks.
