This is rather related to your paypal account. Some paypal accounts are limited.

Hmm, I dont really know why, but first it was the same for me, but after I did some smaller transactions using debit, I was able to buy bigger things.

Look at the features of xRadar. It has no colored models :)

Why is it gay? Colored models is only a feature in xInstantHook v2.0, not the xRadar one..
