I have 3 questions before I will buy CS:S Instant-Hokk.

1.: Can I pay with PSC (paysafecard)?
2.: Is it possible to change the hardware ID? If so, do I pay for the change?
3.: Is there a german-speaking support?

2. Yes, hardware changes are free. But for a hwid reset for a new PC you'll have to pay a fee.
3. We have a German section with lots of tutorials. But it's still important to check the all information in english.

Where and how can I change the hardware ID? How much is it exactly?

The Hardware ID changes when you add hardware components to your computer, or when you reinstall your operating system (or install another operating system) for example. it happens automaticaly when you do such things i just sayed (but dont know all ways to change hwid^^).

How can I apply for the change?

under the header at the navigation there is a button called Buy now. Click on it. When you are on the other page you scroll down till the bottom of the page and there stands the hardware id reset where you can order it.

But remember: you will only have to pay for a hardware id reset when the staff member cant identify you as the real owner of your account here.

You only have to pay for your HWID reset if you get rejected. To request a new HWID reset you simply do that in xClient.
